I really liked seeing the layout at the 50th, but what was the LNER 4-4-0 you had half built on the layout, as i just cant remember details?! Looking forward to see progress and the layout again..

That would be the D49 Hunt/Shire from the 2FS kit by Bob Jones.

 

It's nearly finished, but has been for well over a year!

 

Look out for updates on this loco in the very near future...

As Andy says its fantastic to see Brafferton on RMWeb. Its weird that I was just looking at the fantastic results you are getting with static grass on you old blog earlier today.

 

I love the whole look, feel, and design of the layout and am looking forward to seeing more on RMWeb.

Thanks for the kind comments. I decided to make the move as I get the impression that posting here draws a wider range of visitors rather than just the die-hards who might visit via 2mm.org.uk.

 

Hope I can keep the post Expo modelling rate up. Decent progress has been made in the last month or so.
