Strange goings on...

Tonight I have received reports of some strange phenomena occurring around Isle Ornsay.

Many of the local residents have been taken ill with suspected cases of severe fright. It seems this was brought on by them witnessing random areas of their landscape spontaneously changing from off-white to brown in colour.

There was no warning that this would happen and it has caused many residents distress. The local doctor was overrun with people needing a lie down and a paper bag to breath into. A large object was seen looming in the sky over the village for much of this evening, but soon disappeared once the colour changing has stopped occurring. Fortunately there seem to be no lasting effects and everyone is now on the mend.

Of more immediate concern for the locals is what will happen to the pieces of countryside that remain white. Will they suffer the same fate?

What, you mean the snow is melting? :-)

Seriously though, this looks to be visually very interesting. I especially like the way the building sits on the shoulder of the cutting. Looking forward to seeing more.

Thanks Mikkel. It's designed around a large curve so you look 'into' it and don't see a straight edge on the layout apart from at either extremity. It's already made for some photos which make it look a LOT bigger than it is.

The building is actually on the coastline, the flat area at the front is the sea, it's a harbour office, freelance but inspired by the one at Fowey.
