I'm trying to find out about Frateschi G8/ G12 locomotives.

I can find listings for one Swiss dealer (the only Frateschi dealer in Europe) and he lists 10.25mm NEM wheels. Is that the normal wheel diameter for Frateschi diesels ?

To resurrect an old thread.  Many years ago I bought an album of railway photographs at a second hand book fair.  It didn't have much info on what it contained except for the place name Curityba, Brazil April 1924 and the name W.O.Leigh.  Who W.O. Leigh was I have no idea, whether he was an engineer employed on the line and took the photos or whether he acquired the photos from someone else I do not know.  They seem to be mainly taken around the Viaduto do Carvalho on the Curitiba Morretes railway in the Serra Del Mar.  Anyway, I took the album down from the bookcase and thought you might like to see them. So here is the first batch.
