As a Hullensian who spent many years working in Oxford I have to point out that it is Hull, not Oxford, which is UK City of Culture 2017! Now - back to MRJ? I think Hebble Vale stonework is great but it is too grey. Halifax stone is actually almost golden under the grime. I took a lot of photos of it before building and painting Clecklewyke.
