MG 7305 Posted October 14, 2016 Share Posted October 14, 2016 A year ago, while visiting my son in Boston MA, I bought a Walthers boxed version of the Heljan traverser that must have sat on their shelves for six or more years. Sadly when I got back to Blightly and installed it some 4 months later it did not work as advertised. I contacted the Heljan expert on the turntable who arranged firstly to take back the bridge and replace the PCB in it and return it free of charge. Secondly, when I was still unable to get reliable working from the model, an external expert was contacted who was able to advise and guide me to a successful conclusion. I now, after several emails, much sleuthing and a little adjustment, have a traverser with extension pit serving a 15x2 road loco storage in the middle of my fiddle yard. To be honest, this is about the best customer support I have ever received in any arena, let alone for a product that was last manufactured so long ago.
