RMweb Gold TravisM Posted December 25, 2016 RMweb Gold Share Posted December 25, 2016 I doubt anyone has documented but I thought I'd ask, does anyone have pictures, numbers or details of the Mk1 coaching stock that was used by 40122/D200 when it was a regular over the S&C in the 1980's? I assume it was a NL set? I thought I would create the train as I've ordered one of the new Bachmann/Graham Farish green class 40's as a companion to my SLOA steam train. eastwestdivide
Here's two pics (of the same train) from 1987. It's just possible I might have some numbers, but not today! Pity about the trees, but I think all the coaches are 2nd class. I was surprised at the length of the train.
royaloak
Looking at the roof vents the coaches are primarily compartment stock.
