I have purchased an Express Models lighting kit but this still requires the use of the ends of the light guides. Has anyone any ideas on a replacement? I was thinking of a piece of clear plastic rod but it needs to be about 1mm - not sure where to source these from. Howes do not stock them as a spare part so I need to come up with an alternative. See here. http://www.dccsupplies.com/item-p-100037/1mm-fibre-light-guide-50cm.htm I have no connection with them other than an ocasional visit to their website. The other option is the Pound shop where those lamps with multiple strands of light guide can be bought cheaply.
