Hornby class 373 motor

Hi just need some advice ☺ I have a later Hornby eurostar with a dead motor my local shop has several eurostars like it too .

 

I have found can motors exact same company name on but don't have the shaft coming out both end's of the motor. Does anyone know of a good conversion for these? I brought it second hand so don't really want to use the original tpye of motor as they seem to be a problem and im up for doing a conversion if it means reliabilaty !
