Psiborg
MY VEHICLES Some of you may have seen my wheel-set delivery trailer on my Jubilee Road Wagon Works thread Based upon this one I saw delivering at Doncaster I converted an Oxford Diecast fridge trailer into this Cheers for looking Simon Edited April 18, 2022 by Psiborg 5
Psiborg
TESCO LORRY This model appeared on my London Road layout thread. The cab is a standard Oxford Diecast Volvo cab in Eddie Stobart livery. For the trailer, I designed the art work on PC software and printed it off at a suitable size onto glossy photo paper. This was then Super-glued onto one of Oxford's plain white fridge trailers Thanks Simon Edited April 18, 2022 by Psiborg
Psiborg
TESCO AGAIN When first planning Jubilee Road Wagon Works, I had used a road bridge as a scenic break. I wanted a vehicle on the road that would different to everyone else. I tried this... I started with one of the Oxford Diecast ambulances, dismantled it and stripped the paint off it... I built a plastic sheet body to fit on the back and then primed both. I also painted up a 'driver' figure and added paperwork in the cab Finished the paint scheme off and then art work added The model hasn't been used because using a printed backscene on the layout meant the road bridge wouldn't look right. A footbridge was used as a scenic break instead. I do have another ambulance with the intention of improving the model and hopefully using it on a future layout...
