Cab lights on and off at movement

In the latest issue of Hornby mag it says you are able to turn then cab lights of at the start of movement

My question is does anybody know what settings to put in on what cv's todo this

Dcc set up

Power cab

Lenz silver 21+ decoders

If more info required please let me know

Also got access to sprog 3 if that's needed

What decoder was used in Hornby mag article ? This is possible with Zimo and Loksound V3.5 /V4 's, maybe others also, but not sure if Lenz decoders have this facility or not, but perhaps someone else will know................

Zimos were what the guy used
