Robatron86
Evening all, I offer my humble entry, what I hope will be a very atmospheric scene. It's late in the evening at the very end of an industrial spur. A near deserted loading dock and a solitary box car standing alone. Well, that's how I see it in my head The boxcar is of several years vintage, made by Roundhouse and fresh out of the box so to speak. New wheels and couplers added. It is to be super detailed and weathered. We shall see how it goes...
Robatron86
A bit more work tonight. The building is just under the 6 inch rule, but it may end up getting a tad more shaved off.
Jerry1975
This is looking good, I'm looking at modelling something different and American is tempting. Look forward to seeing more. Jerry.

Robatron86
Evening all. Bit more work done. I have installed a backscene of sorts.
col_kilgore
Just my opinion of course , but I think the backscene closes the scene in too much .
col_kilgore
I feel a bit silly now , I had visions of big empty blue American skies . Just realised you were after a night scene , so I think a nice dark background would work well .
outcastjack
This looks fantastic, very different, I can't wait to see it fully closed in and dark.

Robatron86
So nearly a year on and it had progressed no further! It has sat on my shelf gathering dust. I have missed the deadline for the competition so I'll probably not be finishing this as I still have other priorities.
