dibber25
Has anyone read the latest Ideas for Layouts Annual 2017 from MR yet? Yes, every page. As proofs, that is! Seriously, I'm not sure it has actually hit the streets yet. (CJL)
swisspeat
There are already some of them in WHS in sunny (or not!) Milton Keynes....
Stevelewis
Yes, every page. As proofs, that is! Seriously, I'm not sure it has actually hit the streets yet. (CJL) If I am talking about the the correct one in attached photo I bought it about a week ago WHS in Broughton Park CH7 0BJ It is a very interesting read at first when I leafed thro' it I was slightly disappointed, but when I took my time and read the articles carefully! I found there is a lot of very useful information suggestions and ideas, its one of those publications where a quick browse in the newsagents is insufficient to gain a true perspective of the contents. Well worth its cover price! Edited November 12, 2017 by Stevelewis
paulbb
Best bit for me was Matt Strictlands excellent looking Cuban railway on page 16. Claims he is a beginner, so I shudder to think what he could do when he becomes an expert. The model really conveys the slightly seedy backwater aspect of this republic, but in a different way from Lance Mindheims Florida type layouts

Well worth its cover price! Thanks Steve for the kind comments, despite our best efforts there are a few typo's particularly relating to scale drawings. I'll list those with suitable corrections here over the next few days. Kind regards Paul
D9016
Good publication and PAUL A LUNN lots or useful PAUL A LUNN information buried in the PAUL A LUNN articles. I think the PAUL A LUNN editorial mentions that it is all written by PAUL A LUNN but still it's good to repeat PAUL A LUNN at the start of each one

7APT7
I hope this publication eventually appears in digital form. Haha I ask that very question, Why aren't they available in digital version...? Not planned in the near future, although through Pocket Mag... I did down load the 13 Layouts in digital form.... sadly the rest are in Paper form but delivered to your door rather that spend several times going to WH Smith to see it any new Mags have come out so its work keeping your eyes on the Last Link I left to see what currently available to purchase.
