Welcome to our latest newsletter. Now the clocks have changed most of us are taking advantage of the dark evenings to get some modelling done. We are looking forward to the last few shows before Christmas. With Warley, Reading and Manchester, there is plenty of opportunity to stock up before the holiday.

NEW PRODUCTS

 

With excitement we can announce that we now have Harder And Steenbeck airbrushes in stock at competitive prices. The entry level Ultra model starts at £60, the mid range Evolution offers quality and value for around the £100 mark. The Infinity brings real finesse for expert weathering with the 2 in 1 model at only £205, this is excellent if you are looking for a top performing model. We also have a good selection of spares and accessories in stock.

We have expanded our range of products from DCC Concepts to include their Rolling Road complete with settings for most gauges. Also, we now have track alignment roller gauges in 4mm Scales and N Gauge.

The Maquett Styrene Guttering, Right Angle Triangular Section and Clear Tubes, that we mentioned in the last newsletter, are now in stock.

As previously promised, we now stock a range of very nice 4" files from Presto.

 

EXHIBITIONS

 

Please note that we have two double shows during December and January, so some shows will have limited stock. The main differences are where we send the 250mm and 500mm sections, Plastruct racks and Airbrushing demonstration. Pre-ordering is advised for all these shows.

Manchester, 250mm Metal Sections, No Plastruct, Airbrushing Demo.

Reading, 500mm sections and Plastruct, limited Airbrushing Stock.

Southampton, 250mm Metal Sections and Plastruct, Airbrushing Demo.

Bristol 500mm sections, No Plastruct, limited Airbrushing Stock.

Most other stock will be at both shows, but we cannot guarantee any particular product, so please pre-order where possible.

 

CHRISTMAS OPENING AND POSTING DATES

 

We will be closed for Christmas from 22nd December to 1st January inclusive. As in previous years, we will be in the office at some point during the holiday to have a tidy up and may be able to ship some orders during this time, but no guarantees.

The Royal Mail recommended last posting dates for 1st Class Mail and international Mail are:

20 December - All UK addresses
2 December - Africa, Middle East
6 December - Asia, Cyprus, Far East, Eastern Europe (except Czech Republic, Poland and Slovakia)
7 December - Caribbean, Central and South America
9 December - Australia, Greece, New Zealand
13 December - Czech Republic, Germany, Italy, Poland
14 December - Canada, Finland, Sweden, USA
15 December - Austria, Denmark, Iceland, Portugal, Netherlands, Norway, Slovakia, Spain, Switzerland
16 December - Belgium, France, Ireland, Luxembourg

 

STOCK ISSUES

 

We are awaiting delivery of 12 and 14BA taps which are due before Christmas.
