stewartingram
For those with Grumpy Cards who can travel free on the bus, don't forget that there are buses from Doncaster Interchange (right next to the station) direct to the Racecourse. (Other mere mortals have to pay)! The 55 is the easiest, and I think it leaves from stop A4 (seem to remember the significance of that) in the Interchange, with the Racecourse stop being at the roundabout. Could save a wait for the shuttle bus and miss the crowds waiting? Stewart
Andy Y
I'm looking forward to tomorrow and the set-up. Hopefully it won't be too chill a wind blowing in through the east doors into the evening! Safe journeys to everyone on the road tomorrow. I've stuck some Hatton's Barclay's and P Classes in the car for folk to have a nosey at; head for Phil's Canada-bound layout, Didsbury Green, for a look. I believe Hornby will have some samples on their stand which haven't been seen in public yet. I am biased as I've kept in close touch with Sam on the layout line-up and there's some belters in there including the layouts which were voted 1st and 2nd in the BMRA awards last year!

Liam
Afraid I'm not able to come to Donny now - nearly a week has been spent with the pesky flu and the half term is to be spent catching up on the exams I missed! But it does look a brilliant show and I hope everyone has a great time. One day I'll get to a BRM show......

woodenhead
Very enjoyable day at Doncaster Racecourse. Lots of excellent layouts including two personal favourites Hope-under-Dinmore and Barton Road. Bit of a humidity issue on the ground floor that sadly affected some layouts, not the exhibitors fault. Whoever paints the stock on Sidmouth knows how to recreate trains from the 50s, it was spot on.
