Dave Gas Cupboard
Firstly I need to clarify my ‘medical problems’. My previous announcement seems to have caused more concern for me than I really deserve. I’m not about to go and play with the big trainset in the sky, Although I have suffered constant pain for many years and which has been getting steadily worse, I have recently seen a specialist who is 90% sure he can help to reduce the pain without the need for an operation. However that still means many months before any improvement may be seen and so I have therefore decided to close the retail shop at St Georges Works Trowbridge at 2.30pm on Christmas Eve. I will continue trading online and at shows in the future. The website and email address will remain in use for the time being. I will let you know if they need to change. I will advertise a new phone number when I have one: for the moment you can still contact me on 01225 777888. The first show of 2018 for me will be the new date in Frome. 6/7 January. Followed by my regular slot at Calne on 20/21 January. See you there… I would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your support over the years’ and I look forward to continuing to help with your projects in the future. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you all. Thank you Dave www.gascupboard.co.uk gascupboard@davesimpson.co.uk 01225 777888
CP_Junction
Sorry to see this - Its been handy to be able to pop in from Bradford on the odd occasion I have needed something straight away! Hope you find a cure to the pain without the need for an operation, Kind Regards, Pete
Bluemonkey presents....
Dave, Sorry to hear about your troubles. Your shop had been a project saver many a time for me and of course you have a good supply of (then) Parkside Dundas kits. Hadn't realised you were closed and popped over Friday to find your closure notice. Hope the new show went well, most likely see you in Calne for some bits and bobs. All the best, Matt. JZ
Sorry to hear of your problems, but please update your website to say the shop is now closed. Just did a 30 mile round trip to get something after seeing that you were open at 10am this morning.
