rue_d_etropal Posted January 11, 2018 Share Posted January 11, 2018 On the news last night, the first sod has been cut to start the project for a new tramline in Preston https://www.lep.co.uk/news/major-milestone-reached-for-preston-tram-project-1-8946946 Maybe someone might realise that light rail could replace the Blackpool South line, connect to Blackpool tramline, and then connect into Preston.
