KERNOW MODEL RAIL CENTRE PRESS RELEASE - NEW EXCLUSIVE Bachmann MODELS

 

We are pleased to announce the imminent arrival of four new exclusive models from Bachmann in OO Gauge.

 

32-135X Bachmann 4575 Prairie Steam Locomotive number 5541 in BR Green livery with Late Crest and weathered finish.  This model is DCC ready with an eight pin socket and is due for release next week.  A numbered certificate of authenticity is provided as this will be limited to 512 pieces.  The models will be priced at £119.95 plus postage.

38-131Z Bachmann 40 Ton Seacow YGB Bogie Hopper Wagon number DB982608 in Dutch Civil Engineers livery with weathered finish.  This model is due for release next week and Bachmann have worked hard to produce the enhanced weathering with rust patches etc.  Limited to 512 pieces, the models will be priced at £54.95 plus postage.

38-132Z Bachmann 40 Ton Seacow YGB Bogie Hopper Wagon number DB982790 in EWS livery with weathered finish.  This model is due for release next week and Bachmann have again worked hard to produce the enhanced weathering.  A particular feature of this model is one of the OHLE flashes is half-peeled off to reveal the older version below, matching the prototype.  Limited to 512 pieces, the models will be priced at £54.95 plus postage.

38-140W Bachmann 29 Tonne ZXA Van in number ADC201055 Serco livery.  Based on the VDA van, this model is due for release next week and is again limited to 512 pieces.  Priced at £27.95 plus postage, we also have a matching coach pack in preparation for which details will be provided in due course.

Kernow must have received a small batch of 5541 in advance, as I've already got mine. It has an information sheet about the loco as preserved, but I don't recall a numbered certificate. I'll have to check.
