BRM - New Subscription Offer - - email version

Hi all,

 

I've tried for the last 3 months to take out a subscription on recipt of the email offer.

I can get my account details up with no problems, I can take the offer choice and complete my details.

 

However, when the Proceed to Payment choice is take I get an error message  as below.

That's bizarre as we've had numerous orders throughout the day. I'm going to speak to our IT team and will report back ASAP.
