18B Posted January 22, 2018 Share Posted January 22, 2018 Morning just wondered, the Nottingham Division of the LMR had a wll thought out ist of last two digits for destinations within the Division as below (first few lines) 50 Toton Down Yard51 Toton North Yard52 Toton Up Yard Arrivals53 Toton Up Old Bank54 Toton diesel depot55 Stanton Gate New Works Branch56 Stanton Gate New SidingsBut wondered if the other LMR divisions had something similar? I presume they did?? Yes, there were similar sets on all divisions. And not only the LMR, there were standard headcodes for most local moves within divisions/districts on the WR, and of course the SR EMU headcodes.
