Peco half barriers

Did I imagine it or did the early Peco half barrier have the mk1 head with only two lights?

I say this as I'm modelling 1967 and would like an AHB but at that time they didn't have the yellow or in road parlence amber light

Any pictures of such crossings would be most welcome

I don't remember their model being any different.

If their early ones were, then surely any remaining models would be very old & brittle by now?

 

I am guessing you want photos of the prototypes so you can possibly modify the 3-light version?

I don't think the lights are necessarily smaller but the backing board is very different - from Google - the edging border on the back board was still plain white in 1978
