Seems (?) to show a Spanish narrow gauge tender loco being split and turned on a "wagon" turntable.

 

Seems like a fun job.

Judging from the position of the chap pushing it, I'd think it was being shoved into the siding rather than just turned.

 

I wonder why...

 you can see there isnt a second track as if its on the end of a loop on the left so the loco goes on first and turns and goes over onto the right as it cant go back because of the tender, then the tender is turned and goes off to the middle as suggested because putting onto the loco would mean it is on the front so it needs to go out of the way of the loco to pass, then the loco comes off to the left and the tender is turned to couple back up
