I can also confirm that Taunton MRG have once again agreed to open their clubroom at Bishops Lydeard station specially for us from 1700 to 1900 hrs on the Saturday, with the usual warm and friendly welcome.

As a thank you for their generous hospitality, we will be presenting Taunton MRG with a new train - details here : http://www.rmweb.co....-freight-train/

After visiting Taunton MRG we will continue to The Lethbridge Arms, Bishops Lydeard.  More information on the pub can be found here http://www.thelethbr...pub.co.uk/index

Sunday 29th April

Doors for setting up layouts open at 8:00, prior to that we'll be laying out the floor plan.

We look forward to seeing you there !!

Update 1 - Titfield Thunderbolt added

Update 2 - Phil Parker removed

Update 3 - Rich Pedder & Simon Paley added to demonstrators

General request :

Would anyone who is intending to come to Taunton like to offer a demonstration exhibit ?

This could be anything - buildings, rolling stock, weathering techniques, cutting machines, 3D printing - what ever you like.

Please let me know.

Cheers

I can't bring a model railway exhibit this year, but I can deliver an exhibition on pasty consumption for the benefit of fellow modellers.

I'll even bring my own KFS & napkin.

happy weekend, everyone!

Ian.

Actually, if you have a four foot table, I could bring Newgate Lane along,

Simon

I'll bring the K10 I'm working on and give it a run, but it doesn't constitute  a demonstration!

Cheers, Dave.
