RMweb Premium brushman47544 Posted March 27, 2018 RMweb Premium Share Posted March 27, 2018 (edited) I have a Hornby Class 47 and want to replace the Buffers Looking at the Wizard Models site there are either short or long versions of the Oleo Buffers. Which would be the correct one? Sorry can't help, BUT the different lengths may have more to do with allowing a model to run round train set curves without buffer locking with coaches/wagons than prototypical accuracy. May be worth asking Wizard Models. Edited March 27, 2018 by brushman47544
faa77
May I ask what buffers you settled upon, in the end?
KeithMacdonald
Peters Spares have loads and loads of buffers https://www.petersspares.com/index.jsp?searchStr=buffers Maybe worth a phone call to them?
