JST
My Hornby Elite died in as much as it would not read any loco decoders. I phoned Hornby and they emailed me a repair job number for me to include when I returned the Elite which was out of warranty. Within a short space of time (bearing in mind I live in France and the post can be a bit tardy) I received a new replacement Elite free of charge. Credit where credit is due - I call this excellent customer service. We knock organisations when they give bad service so it is nice to recognise good service.
