They are adjustable for all scales according to the adverts.

Yes they can be adjusted, but two things to remember

 

1 given the cost they don't supply any spare screws and given how hungry the carpet monster is, it's only a matter of time before you loose one of the tiny screws.

 

2 given the the spacers are plastic and they use a tiny self tapping screw, it's only a matter of time before the screws no longer hold.

 

Other than that they are fine, I use mine on N & 00
