Creating oily concrete

For the concrete hard standing outside my mpd I would like to give it an oily finish in areas as per the prototype. Do you have any recommendations to help achieve this?

Try using AK interactive fuel stains enamel paint

Although this is on grass it gives a good effect

I used the AK series fuel stains as well, this worked well on a porous surface where it could soak in but I found that on the concreted area (made from plasticard) it dried quite dark and thick and would probably looked better with a diluted mix.
