However I haven’t had any response from email or via their website. It looks like the website hasn’t been updated for a while. Anyone know if they’re still going and any way of contacting? Thanks. I've personally struggled to get a response, including actually talking directly with Neville at a show and watching him write down my details only to not receive any further communication. On the other hand I know other people who have successfully completed multiple orders with him. Sorry I can't be more helpful, but from what I've heard perseverance is the key!
