Shamrock Trains

Morning All

 

First time post so I hope someone can help

 

Having recently moved up from OO to O gauge I have placed a relatively large order with Shamrock Trains but I have heard nothing from them.

Initially I had a return email stating my order number and I would then receive further contact on postage costs and product availability.

 

Its now been nearly 2 weeks and I have heard nothing from them. Is this usual?

 

I have emailed them since the order but again no response.

 

Any ideas ?
