ndg910
In Fridays newsletter it said there ‘might’ be a new announcement to coincide with the book signing. As the book is a modern traction publication(I think) likely to be some sort of modern wagon I suspect. No harm in some unadultered frothing though..... Am hoping something pre nationalisation as there has been lots of post nationalisation stuff coming out of Cornwall recently.

Steamport Southport
So you don't want anyone to announce announcements? Then how are we meant to know that there is going to be an announcement..... woodenhead
Heljan managed to market several pages of nonsense with a 24 hour announcement of an announcement, this is going to be Lord of the Rings long with a whole weeks notice GW autocoach to go with the Steam Railmotor. RMweb Gold The Fatadder Posted July 15, 2018 RMweb Gold Share Posted July 15, 2018 I live in hope for more Cornish wagons, slurry TTAs, PRAs and the Tulis Russel PBAs would go down well with me, though I’d be just as happy with a decent autocoach. ndg910
What book is it? Or is that part of the announcement ? The Kernow email says it’s this: Cornish Traction by Stephen Heginbotham £14.99 Afraid I don’t know how to paste the picture of the front cover but there are lots of blue and grey diesels on the front. Steamport Southport
The book is this one. They are having an event at the shop for the launch. http://www.kernowmodelrailcentre.com/p/60307/Book---Cornish-Traction-by-Stephen-Heginbotham So I would guess that the announcement is something relevant to the book, which seems to be about BR Blue diesels.
