Sir TophamHatt
Is there anything I can do with redundant dcc plugs? I've hardwired about 10 locos and happy with the results but figured at about number 8 that maybe I should have left myself a but more wire so I could fit them to bare-wire decoders if I was desperate. Seems a bit of a waste to just throw them? Although I am seeing the advantages of wiring in a plug, most of the trains barely had space for a decoder, let alone a plug. WIMorrison
Put them safely into a drawer so you can’t find them when you need them? That’s what happens to mine
enginelane
Certainly do not drop them on kitchen floor and find them in the middle of the night whilst bare foot kicking the cat out
tender
Put them in a safe place, if its anything like mine you'll never see them again.

RMweb Gold Bucoops Posted August 6, 2018 RMweb Gold Share Posted August 6, 2018 Ebay for £2 delivered. Dribble them on one at a time. I bought a couple so I could build a kit, wire for DCC but test on DC first. Surely there are the odd others out there needing the same?
