RMweb Gold Vistisen Posted August 14, 2018 RMweb Gold Share Posted August 14, 2018 I have just seen this Hattons link to a new book: https://www.hattons.co.uk/StockDetail.aspx?SID=392552&utm_source=OOGaugeNewsletter&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=20180814 Not sure what to think about this. A good idea to publish this information, but surely this must be a prime example of something that would be better online. Rather than buy a book of 20 locomotives for £7 where the chances of owing half of them are quite small but let's assume you do that is 70p per locomotive. I'd much rather pay £1 for at PDF of each individual locomotive that I own. It would be nice to see a sample of what is included for each locomotive.. Steamport Southport
I had a quick look yesterday. It was just articles on DCC chipping the locomotives. I thought there might be a bit on detailing or photos of the real things like a Masterclass style article. If DCC is your interest then it was possibly worth picking up, but nothing for me.
