Hi

I’ve started this feed as an ongoing record of the current state of railways in devon. I aim to upload all my current pictures and videos of trains round Devon as I take them and would like to encourage everyone reading the feed to do so as well. If you have any photos from privatisation onwards they are more than welcome. Although this feed is primarily aimed at mainline railway photos in Devon, I will be posting any photos I take on any of the preserved and miniature lines in Devon as well. Please also feel free to post yours as well.

As a start here’s a few photos from today of the 0625 Newcastle to Plymouth near journeys end passing stoggy lane in plympton, Plymouth

Thats an 802, you can tell by the number of resistor packs on the roofs of the intermediate coaches (802s have 5, 800s have 1), also the 5 coach 800s have white around all the doors where the vinyls dont reach.

I know mate. I didn’t spell check before posting. Oops

I did note you had correctly captioned the video so assumed it was the autocorrupt changing things.

Nice video of the 802.
