Liam
Was Glorious' livery really gold with lots of supportive messages? You probably saw my dad as he was signalling at Highley yesterday.

You probably saw my dad as he was signalling at Highley yesterday. I most certainly would have, I spent a bit of time at Highley the last few days, busy place with 50008 running in/out/runround with its engineers ballast train on several occasions. 50033 was indeed in undercoat, for £5 you could write a message, and there are hundreds of messages, of all kinds, so presumably the repaint has substantial funds raised towards it. I like that one of 50131 in intercity next to 50026 Indomitable... it could have been... Heres not many things can out sound a class 50... but boy the class 68 is loud... i heard it a couple of times drawing out of the Network Rail platform at Kiddy drowning out the class 50 in front of me on the SVR platform.
