Seems to have been in Europe somewhere this one... (apologies if this has already been posted about somewhere but I had a look round the forums and couldn't find it)

OMG! That was scary! Leaping from one track to another. It looks like it was made for a advert, coz I wouldn't have thought you would get 3 trains passing at the same time. Oh well, glad the guy is ok.

That's partly why I wondered if it was a training film as he made the most basic mistake of the lot and jumped towards the opposite road instead of going into the safe area on the other side.

Haven't seen this before, but judging by the trains seen in this video it would have to have been filmed in Germany - near Hamburg, as a matter of fact, as the third train on the far left of the line looked like a class 472 from the Hamburg S-Bahn. The other two were ICE sets.

Now that I've studied it a bit more closely I think it's fake, as with the speed of the trains I would expect the worker to be pulled along in the slip streams of the two trains, and he doesn't show any sign of such forceful air movement around him at all.

Apologies for the posting

Apologies for the posting blush.gif

I posted this video on Trainorders.com a couple weeks ago, and the general consensus is that the video is a fake, although a well-done fake.

However, the lesson it conveys at first blush is still valid: Stay off the tracks unless you have the proper authority!
