Taigatrommel
Hi all, I've finally got round to captioning some of my pictures from October, and they can be found at http://bordnamona.fotopic.net/c1777185.html, and include 218s by the Bodensee, plus historic stock in Leipzig Hauptbahnhof. I hope to caption the other collections over the weekend, including Saxon narrow gauge, Czech and Dutch trains.
Chameleon
Nice collection at Leipzig. What was that lot in aid of? A permanent exhibition or some sort of display for a local centenery or somesuch?
Taigatrommel
It's a permanent collection. There used to be a Ferkeltaxe (DDR railbus) there as well, but it's gone somewhere. Could explain why there were pictures of the stock in the yard at Leipzig fairly recently on bahnbilder, I guess they pulled it all out to get the Ferkeltaxe out (which was at the bufferstops end). Chameleon
Typical! It's always the most awkwardly parked one they want out.
