Who was the train operator(s) in this accident? I saw a container marked CSX but otherwise no indication as to the company involved.

US based news sites have all trains as CSX

Two trains were meeting a third train. The first train stopped, the second train hit the first train and the third train was going by the two when the collision occurred and ran into the debris.
