The complaints department there must be staffed by a tumbleweed going off all the praise they get here. Please note - I am not having a pop at Bromsgrove, RMWeb or anyone on here who has praised them just actually wondering if they have ever had even a slight hiccup (hopefully not) . We get our fair share of complainers, but I don't suffer fools gladly so time-wasters get short shrift, I'm afraid, as I do really make every effort to provide the level of service I would expect from a model retailer. In haste, apologies to anyone who puts in an order between now and Monday - have to go and deal with look after a somewhat awkward mother-in-law (who is in her 90s) this weekend so won't be able to process any orders until Monday.
