Paul47
Like several others on this forum I have found myself needing a project to work on until the room for my lifetime layout becomes free. Just before Christmas I was getting dragged around (another) cake shop when I spotted some very nice transparant boxes that I thought would be ideal for a small diorama. A 25cm square one was duly purchased and the results can be seen in the photo's below. It's actually the first model that I've completed and although I'm fairly happy with the results there are quite a few things I would have done differently. cromptonnut
That's very good actually, particularly for a 'first effort'.
RMweb Gold Stubby47 Posted February 19, 2012 RMweb Gold Share Posted February 19, 2012 Very, very nice. I especially like the rocks.
cornamuse
I agree - the rocks are cool, overall appearance is great love the angle it is at in the box, with the high point in the corner - almost like false perspective
HARRYMALLARD
I think the rocks look very realistic
srd
That's excellent - I could almost hear the whoosh of the air as the engine sped out of the tunnel!
