Recommended Posts

Had a good , thoughn slightly expensive, day ot at Perth yesterday - there were several traders with second-hand US so the wallet was begining to squeak when I left to catch my home-bound train.  I'm putting these on here, rather than the exhibition thread since I only photod(with on small exception, US layouts

The last two of Flemingsburg Jct and the "exception", a small-space roundy-roundy - that proved tha a railway doesn't fill a basement - I believe it was called Liverpool Dock, but can't find it in the program to confirm - apologies to the owner if I have it wrong.

Good shots of good layouts - I must say I'm particularly taken with the 1/48 scale O. It has that "sparse" feel of trains in the country you get over here. New or builder not on here?

Thanks, Jack.

Best, Pete.

Pete the only other info I have is that thr layout is by Jon Dening - I don't think he is on here

Edit to add

Jon Denning won the Robert Bruce Memorial Shield for best scenic modelling on Flemmingsburg Junction

Flemmingsburg was really very attractive . Great scenery , some really great trains from the L&N tha I had never seen before. I think it also transported you back to late 50s ealy 60s Americana. I feel a burger and  malted shake coming on!
