Trainhead
hi all Does anybody know how to remove the body on a Bachmann class 108 DMU? I can get the back part off by unclipping the sides from the chassis, but i can not get the front to come off/lift up and i dont want to force it. Thanks... Barry J
Trainhead, you need to remove the front bogie (there is a screw central on the bogie underside). this then reveals another screw under the cab floor. Remove this then losen the bodyside clips. I find the trailer tends to come off quite easily, but the powered car can be tricky... the frame clips into the glazing rather than the bodyside & can be a bit tricky

A thin screwdriver or palette knife will help as will some small scraps of card to keep the sides from closing back up again :icon_frustrated: A few of the clips may break but this is not necessarily a bad thing.
