New features on Legomanbiffo sounds

I've added the detonator sounds to almost all my projects now, to provide a little extra 'play value' and value for money. The sounds came from someone who used to work at RTC (and agreed to their use). Apparently it is known on the railway as a 'three bang stop', which prompts the driver to do an Emergency Stop. The charges are placed 10 yards apart, so the speed of the loco determines how quickly they sound. This has been reflected in the chip so you get bang.....bang.....bang at slow speed and bang bang bang at high speed and so on. The volume has been set to be appropriately loud.

Im realy impressed with "Legomanbiffos" 37/9 sound project!!!!  has to be my best buy this year by far

We try our best, Biff puts massive amounts of effort into 'getting it right', so much so that we will not rush new or amended projects.  Everything we do is on a constant upgrade program as and when new sound files are done, our new MPV is being worked on as we speak. It will be out when Biff is 100% happy with it, not before!

The 150s/155s/156s/158 have a slight delay as the 150 decoders ordered from Germany only came on Thursday.

Gone and got some Biffo sound chips having seen them on You tube.

Micro decoder fitted into 144 and sounds great. Class 47 again sounds good - did notice that compared with my other ones it runs for ages. I altered this using my freinds ECoS to make it more like others in my loco fleet and the sounds changed as a result. Think the recordings and accuracy are really brilliant and to a high standard. I know I might have compromised things by changing the acceleration and braking settings compared with the real thing, but it will make it easier to run on my layout. No doubt will be buying more to vary the many Howes chips I have to date.
