Item number 31-650S represents Class 47 975 as allocated to the British Rail Departmental and Central Services Research pool of locomotives. Painted in the attractive Civil Engineers 'Dutch' livery and named 'The Institution of Civil Engineers' this popular loco could be seen on all parts of UK rail network during the 1990s. Each model is supplied with an individually numbered, full colour Bachmann certificate. Only 512 pieces of this model have been produced for distribution world wide. Demand will be high and so we are only able to provide one loco per transaction, to give as many people as possible the opportunity to obtain this Bachmann limited edition model.
