You might still be able to find a copy for sale in WHSmiths if you are lucky otherwise you could try on eBay as copies come up for sale on there. Otherwise try Hornby Magazines direct as they ought to have some copies left. My only comment on the track plan is that I feel there ought to be a trap/catch point protecting the line leading into the cement works sidings from the mainline as I am sure that is the minimum form of protection needed for a private siding IIRC.
