Dapol/Kernow announce Class 205 2H/3H in OO and N |
Dapol to produce 2-H 'Thumper' unit exclusively for Kernow Model Railway Centre
Dapol have announced that due to their OO gauge Telescopic Hood Wagon production running 3 months ahead of schedule, that Kernow Model Railway Centre has commissioned Dapol to produce a 2-H unit in OO.
Dapol envisage this model will be available in early 2009, and livery detail will be available as production is finalised.
As with the previously announced class 41 Warship, orders are not being taken as yet, and Kernow Model Railway Centre have not set a retail price. This will be announced in the Kernow newsletter later in the year. Any enquiries regarding the model should be to Kernow Model Railway Centre and not Dapol.

Dapol envisage that production work on this model in N gauge will run hand in hand with the OO version and appear after the launch of the OO version.
Specification for the N gauge version will mirror that of the N gauge 156 unit currently being produced, and a 3-H unit will follow late into 2009. |
