I "THINK" she is a long term spare engine for D832 if she ever needs a engine out for repairs, more of a "lets try it and see" plan. But D832 is on NBL class 43 bogies so it would be nice to see and hear a class 43

It would be interesting to hear it running and it would help anyone sound chipping a 21/22/43/D600 model as there are no running power units out there to get a recording off

Hmm interesting stuff, would be good to hear it running in 832 one day maybe then........ Iv heard 832 is off up nymr later this month, will be nice to see and hear it again, last time i saw it it was on east lancs many moons ago.

The key thing to remember they did put a western engine in the 35 for a while, so anything is posible

Exactly, who would have put money on that? And with the 37 to 23 cut and shut and 10,000 project anything is possible.

7076 with the western engine did sound bl**dy awsome as i recall!
