hi im looking at getting the esu programmer but i don't know if it's fit for my purpose i'm got the loksound v4.0 xl dcc chip and the new lok smoke generator and apparently you need to set it up the smoke unit but using esu progammer or equivalent but dont know how to use it ive looked on youtube for a video but no one has made one? please help :dontknow:

Legomanbiffo is working on the mods needed to the sound sets to control the smoke generator as well as everything else he is doing at the moment unless you are fluent in using the Lok programmer and all of its quirks I would leave it to the experts to sort out as it's not a simple matter of just changing a couple of things on the program.
