Managed to finally finish a complete Network Rail New Measurement Train.

 

I've modelled all three current powercars and four Mk3's, some pics...

Yes, GWR railcars were called Flying Bananas, remember now. Perhaps the fact that to me it means an NMT gives away my lack of seniority!

How have you modelled the camera on the front of the Power car?

I have a partially finished respray which needs this and also which transfers did you use?

The camera comes as part of the NMT kit from Hurst Models, though you don't have to buy the coach overlays, the camera parts are avail separately.

 

The transfers were from Hurst too - they are excellent quality.

Dominic,

 

Looking good, however, I hate to be a pedant, but all NMT HST Power Cars have black roofs with the exception of 43089 Hayabusa. This includes the back up ones that weren't in use for long (43154 & 43196).
