Cooper Craft

Can anyone tell me the latest on Cooper Craft. I have built 3 LNER Coronation coaches and ordered 2 more in early December. The order has been confirmed and the money paid. The website says a machine problem but I cannot contact them by message nor telephone. I could be they are resting over the Christmas / New Year period but I am concerned. Can someone put my mind at rest or maybe I should be a little more patient. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello Billy,

I  did exactly the same as you have done about a year ago, his website is set up to take your money immediately, whether the item you order is in stock or not. 

I managed to get my money back,( it was only a small sum but it was the principle involved) , only by being persistent in phoning him  ( afternoons - he doesn't do mornings - or evenings for that matter...) - don't bother with e-mail he doesn't read them...If you get through to him tell him you want a full refund and ask him to do it immediately online, and wait for him to confirm he has completed the refund, be somewhat forceful or you will get vague promises, don't let him put you off by prevarication...Good luck!!
