A frequently asked question at exhibitions was/is 'does the railway work?' My answer to that was no it's just my version of the bus on the bridge....

Anyway I thought why not? Seeing as it was built to look ok, it didn't take much to get it running, initially it'll be very limited, but it should add a bit more operational interest, there are plan to extend it into a hidden fiddle yard so a variety of stock can be run (eventually) but at the moment it's a very simple up and down the line, so hardly the most interesting.

A DC kits Derby Light weight will operate it initially, this needs a bit of work to alter it to one of the West Riding sets, but that'll happen too ( especially if I can actually find enough info on the under frame stuff)
