The workshop

I have only used Wordpress for blogging before so i am feeling my way around this. at the moment images are linked to a picasa but this may also be changed once I get a feel for things anyway, without further ado, a few shots of the work area just to show that i actually do make something, first up is the workbench nothing special. in the photo you can see the RSU and a ERSA soldering station. the draws on the right have all the hand tools

Next up and to the left of the bench is the library, this has a second small bench which is handy for putting things while they dry etc

Finally a small part of the kit stash and some unfinished projects....

I'll post some shots of the other side of the workshop once the rebuild has finished but so far the lathe has been installed and levelled, a lot of work still needs to be done before the Milling machine arrives

Wonderful - all that space to swing a cat in :D'

Nowhere enough unfinished kits - shows signs of determination to complete something started.

Do you find dusting a problem ?

You lucky sod - all that space at your disposal and everything in one room!

I work at the kitchen table and constantly have to fend off the cat who likes to do that "I'll just bat this object across the room for no reason" thing that cats do. icon_grumpy.gif

My books and bits are spread over four rooms as well, which isn't ideal. I'm actually amazed that I get anything done to be honest, but if I had an activity bunker like yours, I'd be unstoppable. icon_e_biggrin.gif

And by the way, I can see your MMP BG on that middle shelf you know....

Regards

Space is nice but im not into cat swinging!

Unstoppable is something I have never been......and the BG is quite safe there for the time being

When I saw the house I had designs on the cellar straight away, fortunately it was bone dry so i only had to stud it and insulate it, i am rather pleased with my plastering though

Actually if i really had a mind I could squeeze a roundy roundy test track into the space
